Messaging tools are provided to help users communicate about listings.

You agree not to use messaging features for harassment, spam, scams, or illegal activity.

OLOBAM currently facilitates discovery and communication only. Payments, delivery, and fulfilment are arranged directly between buyers and sellers unless otherwise stated.

OLOBAM is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, delivery failures, or item quality.

• Illegal activity, fraud, or deception
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Scams, impersonation, or manipulation
• Posting prohibited or restricted items
• Attempting to bypass moderation or enforcement actions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

Enforcement actions may include content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLOBAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Use of OLOBAM is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OLOBAM after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
