“OLOBAM” is the product and brand name of the mobile application. The phrase “Fashion & Fabrics” is used as a descriptive slogan and does not alter the legal identity of the App or Services, which are referred to as OLOBAM throughout this Privacy Policy.

OLOBAM (sometimes marketed with the slogan “Fashion & Fabrics”) is a marketplace designed for buying and selling fashion, accessories, and fabrics, including listings from individual sellers and businesses.

By using OLOBAM, you agree to this Privacy Policy alongside our Terms and (for the mobile app) our EULA.

We do not use device permissions such as camera, microphone, photos, or location to collect data for third-party advertising or ad tracking without your explicit consent. Permissions are requested only when required for a feature and are not used to track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
If we introduce new permissions in future updates, we will explain why they are needed and request your consent where required by law.
